1. The short version

wen uses what it needs to keep you logged in and to keep your account secure, plus, only if you accept, Google Analytics so we can see which parts of wen get used. There are no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Nothing on wen.live follows you to other websites.

2. What is stored on your device

Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ prefixed)Google Analytics, via Google Tag ManagerCount visits and page views and see which features get used, so we can improve wen. Set only after you accept. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.Analytics (consent)

Most of this is held in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies, but the rules are the same, and we describe it here for completeness.

3. Consent

Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive, because without it you cannot sign in or trade. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose "accept" in the banner shown on your first visit. Until then, and if you choose "no thanks", Google Analytics runs in cookieless mode and receives only aggregate, non-identifying signals. We do not set advertising cookies.

4. Controlling it yourself

To change your analytics choice, clear this site's storage in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit. You can also clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and you can sign out of wen at any time, which ends the session. Blocking strictly necessary storage will stop you from signing in and using the app, since there is no way to hold a session without it.

5. Third parties

Privy processes authentication and wallet session data as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Google (Google Ireland Limited) processes analytics data as our processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, with data transfers to the United States covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google's own notice is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. When you use wen inside Telegram, Telegram's own storage and privacy terms also apply to the Telegram client, and we do not control them.
